MotoMetrics No-Refund Policy

Effective: September 2026

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any parts or accessories sold through MotoMetrics.

Please verify the following before purchasing:

• Part compatibility with your specific make, model, year, and trim
• Electrical component specifications before installation
• All order details before completing checkout

Exceptions — we will replace or reship at no cost:

• Items that arrive visibly damaged in transit (photo documentation required within 5 business days of delivery)
• Incorrect items shipped due to our error
